CORRUPTION PART of PHILIPPINE CULTURE, MALACANANG:




The country scored poorly in the latest global corruption rating. Transparency International gave the philippines a rating of 2.5 out of a possible 10 in its latest Corruption PerceptionIndex. This put the Philippines in 117th place in the world list, in a tie with Afghanistan, Bolivia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Guyana, Libya, Nepal ang Ugnada.
